It's time to start your
research!
1. Choose an
animal from the list below.
2. Click
on the animal to research background information about
that specific animal and
why they are endangered. Take notes on the
information you find and write down the source you are
using.

animal that suits your needs please confirm
your choice with the teacher. Click

3. Below you
will find many helpful links that give educational and
reliable information about endangered animals laws and
protection. 
Make sure you *take
notes* on all the valuable information that you find,
especially if you want to share it in your letter to the
newspaper. Remember to *write down the source* you
are getting your information from. Your research
and notes are due on Wednesday.
4. Now you will
write a letter to the local
newspaper to provide the community with information
about your specific animal's background, endangerment,
and protection. All three parts need to be
identified in your letter. Your paper will be due
on Friday.
